Without a convo, I can't say for certain he ransomed anybody, so I honestly can't say he's in the wrong here.
What I can say is that there is a serious lack of recognizable faces posting in this thread - 'cept Veto and Nexxus (and that guy's everywhere!) - posting about 'dishonored ransoms', so I'm letting it slide until someone proves otherwise.
